The location provided easy access to the theater (it was a short walk). The bathroom had a great layout. A really powerful shower was available.

I was so lucky. I got a river view room. The view was fine. The pub below had a great atmosphere and I listened to it all night! The staff were helpful as they stored my bags before I checked in. The pub had lovely beer, and the atmosphere was amazing.
The stairs were a little difficult to navigate, especially with luggage. Though I managed.

clean room good location quiet atmosphere hard bed no air conditioning no room service
The location is quite good. It is right on the river.. The room was clean and the facilities seemed nice. I liked that the rooms are above a lively pub, yet quiet.
The room did not have air conditioning. I found the bed to be uncomfortable and hard. I woke up with pain in my shoulder since I sleep on my side. No room service was offered.

unpleasant smell strong air freshener
The room was quite modern, bright, and clean.
My room had an unpleasant smell. The smell seemed to permeate my clothes. A VERY strong air freshener in the stairway did little to improve the situation.

convenient location public transport quiet room friendly staff
The location is FANTASTIC. Many attractions are within a short walk. Public transport links are easily accessible, especially Dublin Express stops for airport access. The room was quiet despite the lively bar downstairs, a HUGE plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room lacked air conditioning, making it a bit warm, and there was no fan provided.

Acceptable But Underwhelming Stay
loud music lacking room service
The noise levels were definitely a problem. Loud music came from the pub below every night. This made it hard to sleep, especially since the room had no air conditioning (it was quite warm). I only received fresh towels one day. There was no restock of tea or any room service .
